The role of Vice President, People & Culture entails providing strategic HR leadership, spearheading talent management initiatives, and fostering the development of a best-in-class company culture. Reporting directly to the CEO, this newly created role will join the company’s executive leadership Team. Serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, this individual will inspire, guide, coach, and cultivate the organization towards a shared vision for the business, molding the culture and instilling values throughout the company. The VP, People & Culture will serve as the brand ambassador to current and prospective team members, as well as various external stakeholders. 

Our ideal candidate possess:

• Over 15 years of progressive HR experience (preferably in both large and small high-growth organizations)
• Track record of leading HR strategy for a private-equity portfolio company
• Demonstrated passion for the brands they’ve supported
• Proven ability to deliver results and motivate the entire organization
• Exhibits humility, empathy, a sense of humor, and strong critical thinking skills.”
