Compensation: $175K-$200K base + short and long-term incentives

Your Mission

You’ll take ownership of a newly launched product with immense potential:

  • Scalable pricing

  • Rapid implementation 

  • Potential to evolve into a trial-to-close subscription model

Your challenge: Refine the go-to-market approach after an initially broad launch, develop precise market segmentation, and build a high-performing marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic marketing for our new product from market education to mass adoption

  • Define ideal customer profiles and craft compelling messaging that resonates

  • Develop and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy

  • Build and lead a world-class marketing team

  • Create and optimize demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue

  • Position the company as a thought leader through strategic content and partnerships

  • Leverage data to drive decisions and continuously improve effectiveness

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a proven track record

  • Deep expertise in product marketing, persona development, and market segmentation

  • Experience bringing new/innovative products to market and owning category creation

  • Strong go-to-market and demand generation background

  • Leadership experience at the VP level with team-building capabilities

  • Both strategic vision and hands-on execution skills

  • Cross-functional collaboration expertise

  • Data-driven decision-making approach
