Objective/Challenge

The company engaged SkyWater to hire a new Vice President of Operations. The recruitment of this position came at a crucial time for the client due to a pending retirement and an ambitious aim to double the company within 5 years. The selected candidate would need to demonstrate the ability to strategically support the aspirational growth plans within the stated timescale. This search was challenging as the ideal candidate would also need to show a willingness to get involved with the minutiae of the current day to day operation and an ability to make uncompromising decisions.
