Associate, Accounting & Finance

As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Emma Nebben currently works with a “full desk” on the Accounting & Finance team. The SkyWater Accounting & Finance team focuses on growth-oriented, middle-market companies based in the Minneapolis and Chicago areas.

Within Accounting & Finance, Emma specializes in recruiting & placing talent in full-time, permanent positions at various levels & titles: CFO, Controllers, Accounting Managers, Senior Accountants, VP Finance, Finance Directors, Finance Managers, Senior Financial Analysts, Audit Directors, and Audit Managers. Her team also can work on staff-level accounting and finance roles.

Emma grew up in Big Lake, Minnesota. She played volleyball and golf throughout high school and spent her summers at her family cabin on Serpent Lake in Crosby. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas. She currently lives in South Minneapolis with her boyfriend and their two dogs, Buddy and Scout.

Before joining SkyWater, she was at Lifetouch as an Inside Sales Professional. She then spent 2 years at Robert Half as a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Emma plays golf as frequently as she can and attends cycling classes at Lifetime Fitness almost every day. She enjoys trying new restaurants and recipes and never misses a Timberwolves game!
