As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Giang works with a “full desk” on the Operations recruiting team. The SkyWater Operations team focuses on retained executive searches for growth-oriented, middle-market companies based in Minneapolis.

Giang was born in Vietnam and lived there for the first eight years of his childhood. He then moved to Minnesota and grew up in Plymouth. He attended Wayzata High School and graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a bachelor’s in economics.

Previously, Giang worked in sales at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and as a Life Insurance Sales Representative at National Life Group. Before joining SkyWater Search Partners, Giang was at a competing search firm for the last five years as a Recruiter and Account Manager focused on light industrial manufacturing.

Within this team, Giang specializes in recruiting and placing talent in full-time, permanent positions at various levels and titles. His team can also work on staff-level operations roles.
