Associate, Accounting & Finance

As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Gina works with a “full desk” on the Accounting & Finance team. The SkyWater Accounting & Finance team focuses on growth-oriented, middle-market companies in the Midwest.

Within Accounting & Finance, Gina specializes in recruiting & placing talent in full-time, permanent positions at various levels & titles: CFO, Controllers, Accounting Managers, Senior Accountants, VP Finance, Finance Directors, Finance Managers, Senior Financial Analysts, Audit Directors, and Audit Managers. Her team also has the capability to work on staff-level accounting and finance roles.

Before joining SkyWater, Gina worked as an account executive in Technology Sales at large and start-up organizations. She also held internships in Risk Management and Business Development.

Gina grew up in Madison Lake, MN, and attended St. Catherine University. She graduated with a bachelor’s in business sales and marketing. In her free time, she loves going to the gym to lift and box/MMA, reading, camping with her family, and playing the electric guitar.
