Senior Associate, Engineering & Operations

As a Senior Associate at SkyWater Search, Caroline currently works with a “full desk” on the Operations & Engineering recruiting team. The SkyWater Operations & Engineering team focuses on growth-oriented, middle-market companies based in the Midwest.

Within this team, Jennifer specializes in recruiting & placing talent in full-time, permanent positions at various levels & titles. Her team also has the capability to work on staff-level operations and engineering roles.

Jen grew up in Maple Grove and graduated the University of Minnesota-Morris. Prior to joining SkyWater, she was with Konik for 22+ years. She started with PrimeStaff and Konik acquired them in 2017. Her recruiting niche is engineering and more specifically mechanical, manufacturing, process, quality, and MEP (mechanical/electrical/plumbing).

She has twin boys, Michael, and Joshua, who are 20. Michael wraps up his 2-year degree at North Hennepin Community College in the spring and Joshua is in his junior year at Minnesota State-Winona. Jen currently lives in Fridley with her dog Louie and son, Michael.
