As a Senior Group Director at SkyWater Search, Lindsay currently leads the finance & accounting Minnesota division. She personally works a “full desk” as well, specializing in executive retained search. The SkyWater finance & accounting team lead by Lindsay focuses on leadership and executive-level searches for companies of all sizes in Minnesota.

Within recruiting, Lindsay specializes in placing talent in full-time, permanent positions at various levels & titles within the accounting, finance, and human resources spaces.
