As a Senior Associate at SkyWater, Rachel runs a full desk in the Marketing and Creative Practice.
Prior to joining SkyWater, Rachel spent seven years at Horizontal Talent, where she specialized in recruiting for Marketing and Creative roles. Her experience is rooted primarily in contract placements, with additional exposure to direct hire searches. Rachel brings deep knowledge of the creative talent market and a strong understanding of how to align skilled professionals with the right opportunities.
Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Rachel attended the University of Northern Iowa before relocating to Minneapolis in 2017. She currently lives in Robbinsdale and considers the Twin Cities home. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling, attending Minnesota sporting events, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
