As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Scott currently works with a “full desk” on the Sales recruiting team. The SkyWater Sales team focuses on growth-oriented, middle-market companies based in the Midwest. Within this team, Scott specializes in recruiting and placing top sales talent in full-time, permanent positions:

• Director of Sales
• Sales Manager
• Regional Sales Manager
• Territory Manager
• Sales Engineer
Scott grew up in Rochester, NY, and went to school at Cortland in Central NY. He graduated with a Sports Management & Business degree. In college, he interned for the NY Jets and some other minor league sports teams in sales. For the past 10 years, he has been in various sales roles with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Most recently, he led the Premium Sales vertical, responsible for new business in the courtside club, suite lease contracts, and premium level/spaces. Interesting work!
Scott currently lives in St Louis Park with Annie, his girlfriend. Most of his family is still in New York, he has 2 brothers. Scott enjoys golf, basketball, volleyball (playing sports in general), and going to concerts and sporting events.
