As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Taylor is a part of the legal recruiting division. This division focuses on the placement of full-time attorneys and legal professionals within law firms and corporate legal departments. She works with attorneys in a broad range of practice areas including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, patent prosecution, healthcare, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and employment law.

Taylor was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, attended the University of Wisconsin—Madison, and studied at Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta.

Prior to joining SkyWater, Taylor worked in the bar review industry for the last few years, helping law students pass the bar exam. About half of her job was selling bar prep courses, and the other half was coaching students through the program. She previously worked at a family law firm in Atlanta specializing in divorce, child custody, and guardian ad litem work.

Taylor enjoys traveling. At home, she loves to do reformer Pilates and has recently started making textured art for fun. She also loves attending fairs, festivals, and farmers’ markets and trying new food places.
