The Accounting Manager will report to the Director of Finance and have one direct report. This is a broad, hands-on role that will include month-end close, reconciliations, AP, payroll, fixed assets, financial analysis and process improvement. Over time, this person will also gain exposure to cost accounting, special projects and acquisition-related work.
What they’re looking for:
- A four-year Accounting degree is required.
- Strong foundational accounting skills and the ability to independently problem-solve are important.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous management experience is not required.
- This could be a great opportunity for a strong Senior Accountant ready to step into their first Manager role!
- The role is onsite five days per week in the eastern Twin Cities metro.

I’m partnering with a well-established, growing credit union to identify a Senior Business Loan Officer for its commercial lending team in Menomonie, Eau Claire/Altoona or Chippewa Falls, WI.
This is a true commercial lending role combining business development, relationship management, credit structuring and portfolio ownership.
The lender will:
• Develop new commercial relationships and expand existing ones
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial transactions
• Manage a meaningful portfolio of business relationships
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow and credit quality
• Work across C&I, CRE, multifamily, construction, equipment financing and revolving facilities
• Partner with credit analysts and present transactions to Credit Committee

We’re partnering with one of our best clients, a large, publicly traded energy organization to hire a Senior SOX Analyst / SOX Compliance Consultant. The position can flex in level based on experience.
This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 remote) and we are looking for candidates local to the Minneapolis/ St. Paul metro.
If you’re coming out of public accounting, IT audit, SOX, or controls and want something broader than traditional audit work, this is a unique opportunity to get involved in major transformation initiatives while gaining exposure across an entire organization.
What You’ll Do
This is not a traditional control-testing role. You’ll partner directly with business leaders and control owners to identify emerging risks, design practical controls, solve complex issues, and help the organization navigate significant change.

Accounting Manager
SkyWater is excited to be partnering again with a growing cooperative in the Twin Cities looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team!
Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning the accounting function but also wants exposure well beyond the traditional close. This person will oversee one direct report and have responsibility for financial reporting, AR/AP, member accounting, compliance, audit and accounting systems, while partnering closely across the organization on payroll, operations and process improvement.
They’re looking for 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including 2+ years of accounting/finance management experience, and someone with strong general accounting knowledge across the full financial statements. More importantly, they want a builder – someone who can connect the dots across the business, identify opportunities to improve processes, and bring a collaborative, people-first approach while still being comfortable driving things forward. There’s also an exciting newer business line that could bring additional inventory and entity complexity as it grows.
