Key Responsibilities Total Rewards Strategy and Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive total rewards strategies to align with organizational goals.
Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
Oversee executive compensation, equity administration, incentive plan design, and benefits optimization.
Monitor market trends and benchmark data to inform strategic decisions.
HR Operations Leadership:
Provide strategic oversight of HR operations and enhance the employee experience by streamlining HR processes and implementing best practices for data management and security.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set team goals, and provide opportunities for professional growth.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
