I have been retained by Lithionics Battery (www.lithionicsbattery.com) to help them find a Vice President of Sales.  Headquartered in Clearwater, FL, Lithionics is a leading provider of lithium-ion batteries to the recreational equipment, marine, and specialty vehicle markets and a wholly owned subsidiary of Winnebago Industries. Using a proprietary Battery Management System called NeverDie® Technology, it offers a broad range of standard and custom-designed battery configurations delivering “house power,” supporting internal electrical features and appliances for a variety of outdoor products for the marine and recreational vehicle markets. Other markets served include both house power and traction power for low-speed electric vehicle markets, as well as cell towers and industrial applications requiring ruggedized power systems.  Lithionics makes the safest lithium-ion batteries on the market and are the only batteries which are UL 1973 approved for both stationary and motive applications.

The Vice President of Sales will report to the President and be a member of the senior leadership team. This person will be an impactful and influential leader that inspires the Sales team, accelerates revenue, margin and market share through a thoughtfully planned strategy and flawless execution using both sales analytics and marketing tools.  The primary focus of this person will be to develop and deploy a robust sales process to accelerate profitable revenue growth. This position will develop and drive year over year organic sales growth, and the execution of commercial strategies in alignment with the company’s core business strategies. The role will be responsible for building sales capabilities, through team and process enhancements.
