We have been retained by a private equity-backed, market-leading provider of commercial services, chemicals, and equipment to identify a growth-focused Vice President of Sales to lead, develop, and scale their sales team. This organization serves a diverse client base across multiple industries and is known for its strong customer relationships and commitment to quality and innovation.
With the recent growth, they’ve nearly doubled in revenue in the past four years! 

The role is ideal for a strategic sales leader who enjoys balancing hands-on client engagement with team leadership. You will oversee a geographically dispersed sales team and play a central role in shaping go-to-market strategy, talent development, and overall revenue performance. The position reports directly to the CEO and is part of the senior leadership team.

This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who thrives in a “player/coach” environment; someone comfortable closing deals with corporate decision makers, while building structure, process, and accountability across a team. The company offers a strong foundation, a collaborative culture, and significant runway for growth.

Ideal candidates will bring a mix of B2B sales leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of driving results in technical selling environments. A background in construction, facilities, or service-oriented industries is preferred.

The selected candidate will receive a strong compensation package (base salary plus commission/ bonus), benefits, and an equity package.
