SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a client who is an industry veteran; a full-service precision machining supplier with 50 years of industry experience. They make parts for customers primarily in the medical, aerospace/defense and technology industries.
The client is looking for an Account Representative who can provide best in class customer service to their vast network of customers and clients. The Account Representative will serve as the face of the company as well as liaison between customer and internal team. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service, attention to detail, and a self-starter mentality.

The Production Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, with a team of 4 direct reports and 100 indirect. This includes managing production schedules, quality control, and ensuring that all products are delivered on time and within budget.
Develop and manage production schedules for all projects, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the production process, including printing, binding, finishing, and packaging.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Work with the sales team to develop accurate project estimates and proposals.
Monitor production costs and work to minimize expenses while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Hire and train production staff, ensuring that all team members have the skills and resources needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, seeking out new technologies and production techniques that can enhance the company’s offerings and competitiveness in the marketplace.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure the company receives the best value for its purchases.
Provide regular updates to senior management on production metrics, including productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the printing or design industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Familiarity with production software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and production equipment.
Experience working with vendors and suppliers.
Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.
