What You’ll Do
As an Associate Experiential Producer, you’ll own the execution of less complex experiential programs from kickoff through completion, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. You’ll work closely with senior producers while building the skills and confidence to take on increasingly complex projects.
Project Management
Manage repeatable and standard experiential marketing programs from planning through reconciliation.
Build and maintain production timelines, logistics trackers, run-of-show documents, and project documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and partners to support seamless event execution.
Monitor project expenses and assist with budget tracking.
Keep projects moving by managing deadlines and escalating potential issues when needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Participate in internal planning meetings and client calls.
Serve as a primary point of contact for production-related communications.
Partner with Creative, Account, and Production teams to ensure successful execution of experiential programs.
Learning & Professional Growth
Learn and apply established production processes and best practices.
Proactively identify challenges and communicate potential roadblocks.
Incorporate feedback from senior team members to strengthen production knowledge and decision-making skills.
Continue developing expertise in experiential marketing and live event production.
Quality & Organization
Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Ensure production deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is organized, resourceful, and eager to build a long-term career in experiential production. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, managing details, and collaborating with creative teams in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications
Approximately 1+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, agency project coordination, or a related field (including relevant internships or professional experience).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and other common collaboration tools.
Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is a plus.
