AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
A. Project Management
Lead rinse-and-repeat and low-complexity experiential projects from kickoff through reconciliation
Build and manage production timelines, logistics trackers, run-of-show documents
Coordinate with vendors and track project expenses with accuracy
Ensure internal and external deadlines are met with guidance from senior team members
B. Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Participate in all internal and client-facing calls and meetings
Act as the point of contact for production-related communications
Collaborate with Creative and Account teams to align execution with creative goals
C. Learning & Development
Apply X-FCTR production SOPs and ask clarifying questions when faced with ambiguity
Identify and communicate blockers proactively
Integrate feedback and work closely with Senior Producers to build confidence and judgment
D. QA & Process Discipline
Own documentation and file management
Uphold quality standards across all deliverables
Participate in post-mortem evaluations and implement learnings

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
At least two years of pertinent experiential marketing experience, either within an agency, in the field, or through internship exposure in a professional working environment.
A degree or coursework related to Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
LOCATION (TIME ZONE)
Must work 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
Fully remote position, required to work during regular business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
Flexibility to accommodate agency hours, which may include occasional work beyond standard hours, weekends, and additional schedule adjustments as needed.
Travel may be required on a program-by-program basis.
COMPENSATION

Project Leadership & Execution
Lead mid-complexity experiential programs from kickoff through wrap
Own timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor management from concept through execution

Track and reconcile budgets in partnership with key stakeholders
Source and collaborate with vendor partners (fabricators, staffing teams, content partners, freight, and more)
Help develop training materials and visual aids when needed
