An ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in litigation, managing cases from intake through settlement or jury trial. Must have experience taking and defending depositions, drafting complaints and discovery requests, managing discovery, and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Ideally, candidates would come from complex personal injury, liability, medical malpractice, or sexual abuse survivor practices.
The firm is looking for an associate they can invest in long term. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in office once settled in. A successful candidate is dedicated to victim representation in a collaborative, team-centric environment. Base compensation range is $150-200k, plus bonus. Benefits are top-notch.
