SkyWater Search Partners is assisting a national boutique firm with its search for an experienced plaintiffs’ litigation attorney to support its dedicated Sexual Abuse Victim Representation team in the Minnesota office.
An ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in plaintiffs’ litigation, managing cases from intake through settlement or jury trial. Must have experience taking and defending depositions, drafting complaints and discovery requests, managing discovery, and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Ideally, candidates would come from personal injury, plaintiffs’ employment, or sexual abuse victim practices, with experience chairing jury trials.
The firm is looking for an associate they can invest in long term. The role is hybrid, with 3-4 days per week in office. Great culture at the firm with very low turnover.
