What You’ll Do

Build Strong Client Partnerships

You’ll serve as the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of brand strategy and creative clients, acting as a trusted partner and steady guide.

  • Maintain version control and streamline collaboration

  • Support estimating, briefing, invoicing, resourcing, and forecasting

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in account management, project management, or client services

  • Agency or consulting experience

  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and stakeholders at once

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and creative workflows

  • Confident managing budgets, scopes, timelines, and resourcing

Proficiency in:

  • Google Docs, Slides, Sheets

  • PowerPoint, Word, Excel

  • Basecamp, Harvest, or similar tools

  • Outlook
