Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, engagement, and organizational design initiatives.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, internal investigations, and conflict resolution with discretion and care.
- Support onboarding, development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
- Leverage HR systems and people analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Drive improvement in retention, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Champion talent management and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistency and alignment across the HR functions and respective client groups.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
- Proven ability to influence leaders, coach managers, and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to travel within the Midwest 25% of the time.
