AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
A. Project Management
- Lead rinse-and-repeat and low-complexity experiential projects from kickoff through reconciliation
- Build and manage production timelines, logistics trackers, run-of-show documents
- Coordinate with vendors and track project expenses with accuracy
- Ensure internal and external deadlines are met with guidance from senior team members
B. Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Participate in all internal and client-facing calls and meetings
- Act as the point of contact for production-related communications
- Collaborate with Creative and Account teams to align execution with creative goals
C. Learning & Development
- Apply X-FCTR production SOPs and ask clarifying questions when faced with ambiguity
- Identify and communicate blockers proactively
- Integrate feedback and work closely with Senior Producers to build confidence and judgment
D. QA & Process Discipline
- Own documentation and file management
- Uphold quality standards across all deliverables
- Participate in post-mortem evaluations and implement learnings

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- At least two years of pertinent experiential marketing experience, either within an agency, in the field, or through internship exposure in a professional working environment.
- A degree or coursework related to Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
LOCATION (TIME ZONE)
- Must work 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
- Fully remote position, required to work during regular business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
- Flexibility to accommodate agency hours, which may include occasional work beyond standard hours, weekends, and additional schedule adjustments as needed.
- Travel may be required on a program-by-program basis.

IT Specialist
SkyWater Search is partnering with a Minneapolis-based engineering and manufacturing organization that designs and delivers complex mechanized structural systems for large-scale projects to find an IT Support Specialist (full-time).
This is a foundational, hands-on role for someone who wants to own day-to-day IT operations in a growing environment that is actively investing in IT systems, ERP modernization, and business intelligence initiatives. The position will work closely with an external MSP while gradually building internal IT capability.
Key Requirements:

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain tax workpapers for individuals, trusts, foundations, LLCs, partnerships, and corporations
- Assist in the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns
- Prepare quarterly tax estimates and respond to tax notices and governmental inquiries
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors
- Record monthly general ledger entries for investment and trust accounting
- Perform account reconciliations and support monthly and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Assist with quarterly investor allocations, reporting, and distributions
- Handle confidential financial and personal information with discretion
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 plus years of public accounting tax experience, regional firm background strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Core experience with partnerships (1065s), individuals (1040s), and trusts (1041s)
- Strong tax foundation with solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Sage/Peachtree and tax software a plus
- Familiarity with private equity or family office environments is a plus
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

IT Manager
Our client that is located in the Southwest Metro of the Twin Cities is looking to bring on an IT Manager to oversee the department. It’s a small group, so this person would have all IT responsibility for the company. The main focus for this person in the short term would be on the ERP side of the business, specifically with Netsuite.
The company continues to integrate Netsuite across the business, as well as bringing in Salesforce to help drive their continued growth. The company expects to grow 30% this year alone. Which also is going to require an IT roadmap, something that this person would also be tasks with creating. So working with company leadership to define IT strategy to meet those growth expectations.
While ERP management is a key responsibility, management of day to day IT tasks will also be part of this role. General IT support, server management, troubleshooting and some helpdesk tasks as well, although the company does contract with the third part IT support company to help with those responsibilities as well.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a interest and background in ERP integrations, preferably Netsuite, and the ability to translate business needs to projects within the department to meet those needs.
