Our new hire is already completing his 2nd week and is really doing well. I enjoyed working with Lauren. She’s professional and has exceptional follow through. I will definitely keep her on my list to refer to other colleagues searching for potential candidates.
Matt originally started sourcing an Accounting Manager candidate for my team and after our business needs changed, he helped me quickly pivot to figuring out what the team truly needed by listening, understanding the industry, and being in the loop on emerging industry talent. Matt only presented top talent and scoured the market to find the best of the best. Lauren Severson did an excellent job. Each candidate Lauren sent over had the requisite experience and credentials and Lauren stayed on top of things throughout the hiring process. I will definitely work with Lauren again in the future. SkyWaters fees are a little bit higher than another search firm I have worked with in the past, but the service level has definitely been worth it.
