The thoughtful, patient approach he takes to matching candidates and employers is so refreshing. I never felt pressured to meet with a candidate, in fact, quite the opposite. Working with Josh was great! It was my first time connecting with him. He quickly understood the needs of my team and presented a high-quality candidate. Matt was great to work with and very open with me when we first started the process. He even recommended working with more than one recruiting firm given the specialization of security, higher demand, and less candidates with the experience. I really appreciated his honesty. Matt came back with a few candidates and our new hire was the best. We interviewed a few folks, but found Matt’s candidates to be the strongest. Matt was also very helpful during the offer, coaching us on what would be a good offer that his candidate would accept so we didn’t have back and forth or a potential decline.
