“We really enjoyed working with Jordan on our most recent hire. She was new to our account, as we had previously worked with Brady. Jordan took the time to learn about our company, management style, and the role we were hiring for. She communicated weekly updates regarding candidate sourcing and was able to source 2 qualified candidates for our opening. Both candidates were impressive. We were able to hire for our position without interviewing a bunch of candidates, and shortly after connecting with Jordan. We have now placed 3 accountant positions through SkyWater and would highly recommend Jordan.”

Honestly, it was a very seamless process throughout; Courtney was always extremely responsive and gave us candidates that were exactly what we were looking for. 

Matt has been excellent.  I love working with him on hiring and is always our go-to for anything that comes up on our finance team.   We put a lot in front of him in the past month and a half, and we closed 2/3 of deals thanks to him being such a hustler and expert at what he does.  

Claire was very thorough in understanding both our needs and our culture. I cannot emphasize enough how glad I was to work with her on this search and how pleased I am with the results.

We initially extended an offer to another candidate who ultimately declined without providing additional details. However, my confidence in Claire was high enough that the experience didn’t phase me. She quickly regrouped, introduced a new candidate, and in the end, everything worked out for the best.

I especially appreciated the way Claire presents candidates and clearly explains why they may be a strong fit for the role. In fact, I even shared with her another candidate I had been considering through a different agency to get her perspective.

Claire is not only someone you want to keep on the team, but also, someone who could help develop and set the standards for how to be a strong advocate for both the company and the candidates in this process. Working with Claire was a very refreshing and extremely positive experience compared with what I would typically expect in a search process. I hope this helps clarify how highly I value her work.

This is 3rd placement using Lindsay and SkyWater, and we have nothing but great things to say about the process, candidate pool, and experience. I am very happy with Lindsay’s ability to understand our business and needs, quickly locate a qualified candidate pool, and provide relevant insight to help us make a decision. Everything was first class with Claire and SkyWater.  We had good candidates, and Claire was very professional in every aspect of the process.

Courtney was great, and Josh is as well. Only the second candidate we’ve received from Skywater, but I will say, the candidates brought forth by SkyWater have been noticeably better than other recruiters we have worked with. We are a small office, so don’t need new candidates often, but when we do we certainly will be engaging Skywater first. Thank you.

Teige was awesome. Can’t say enough about how professional and responsive he was. He kept me updated and I appreciated how relentless he was following up with me given my busy schedule. He also gave great write-ups of each candidate as a pre-screen that was very helpful. Would love working with him again in the future!

Teige was excellent to work with. He had a great pipeline of candidates and was not deterred by our numerous requirements. We were all very impressed with each candidate he presented and he was persistent to ensure he received timely follow-up but also super patient. I would definitely work with him again if we have the need in the future.
