Lindsay was great to work with. She understands our size and need and truly brought forward talent both local to Fargo as well as those willing to commute or relocate. We were very impressed, and she truly felt like an extension of our company in the process.

It was a pleasure working with Tom and we were thrilled with the quality of candidates provided. It was clear Tom knew exactly what we were looking for in candidates, provided helpful insights and was very prompt and professional as we moved through the process. Liz was able to get us our candidate with the 2nd or 3rd try, so I found that to be extremely impressive especially has we’ve had this search open for six months.

Tom was fantastic to work with, as always. This was a challenging role to fill, and we had a few hiccups throughout the process with candidates declining our offer as well as pushing for a senior title, which was a non-negotiable on our end. With Tom’s knowledge of our company and understanding of our needs for this role, he did a great job providing solid candidates and navigating some difficult conversations.  Ultimately, we are thrilled with our hire and believe she is the best fit for this role.

Lindsay was absolutely amazing!  She helped me find amazing candidates for the four positions we were originally hunting for.  We ultimately only filled 2 positions – the US tax analyst and Finance Transformation Officer.  She was incredibly responsive and absolutely listened to everything I asked for in the candidates.  I didn’t interview a bad candidate, we have put the other 2 positions on hold for now, but I would 100% come back to Lindsay for anything and everything recruitment related!!  I could NOT have been happier meeting and working with Lindsay.

I love working with Matt Hugdahl. He is really good at what he does and is also realistic which is nice. I’d give him 5 stars across the board.

What I most appreciate about Matt is his respect for me/us as the client. He knows that we are in the driver seat. He also has really taken the time to get to know our company, our business and our personalities.

I’ve worked with Matt several times in the past and I would say the process was generally smooth as it has also been in the past. I’m optimistic that our new hire will be a great addition to our team. I will definitely not hesitate to reach out to Matt again for any future needs.

We had a great experience with Skywater, especially Stephanie! She was very patient as we tried to figure out what we were doing with this position. She was also able to produce two excellent candidates, ultimately one of whom we hired! 

Josh was great to work with.  He listened to what our needs were and found candidates that fit those parameters.  He was not pushy in any way and was responsive when I had questions or provided feedback.  In short, it was a pleasure working with him. I also gave him credit for the fact that your firm was able to submit good candidates (twice now).  The selections from some of your competitors were generally not of the same quality.  So, whatever your firm is doing to stay connected to those looking for new opportunities, keep it up!
