The ideal candidate for this role has:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

4+ years of directly relevant accounting experience; Big 4 or Tier 1 public accounting experience preferred.

U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures in accordance with U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and authoritative guidance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, including root cause analysis and corrective action leadership.
  • Experience leading and scaling multi-site quality teams.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications; GD&T proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Experience with lean, six sigma, DMAIC, or similar methodologies.
