The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead a team of 6 responsible for designing, reviewing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes via lean six sigma, continuous improvement, fixture design, and molding design. Projects will range from revised designs to novel concepts.
In addition to leading the team, you will be actively involved with design engineering responsibilities; prototyping and designing fixtures and molds for injection molding and thermoforming operations.

SkyWater Search Partners is assisting a national boutique firm with its search for an experienced plaintiffs’ litigation attorney to support its dedicated Sexual Abuse Victim Representation team in the Minnesota office.
An ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in plaintiffs’ litigation, managing cases from intake through settlement or jury trial. Must have experience taking and defending depositions, drafting complaints and discovery requests, managing discovery, and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Ideally, candidates would come from personal injury, plaintiffs’ employment, or sexual abuse victim practices, with experience chairing jury trials.

Position Summary
