Jon Persico is a Senior Associate at SkyWater Search Partners, where he partners with organizations across the Construction, Architecture, and Engineering landscape on full-time, permanent hiring needs.

Jon’s experience supporting searches within Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain has given him a strong foundation in how projects are planned, executed, and delivered. Building on that background, he focuses on the Construction space, working with organizations across a range of industries, including commercial and residential building, transportation, civil and structural engineering, mechanical and electrical systems, industrial, power, water and wastewater, manufacturing, telecom, and oil and gas.

He supports hiring across key areas such as project management, operations, and field leadership, helping clients identify talent that can step in and make an immediate impact. Jon takes a practical, relationship-driven approach to search, grounded in an understanding of both the technical requirements of the role and the organization’s long-term goals.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys taking on hands-on projects and brings that same builder mindset to everything he does, including building his own home.
