Andrea Anderson

Managing Director, Human Resources & Marketing

Andrea serves as the Managing Director for the HR and Marketing search practices at SkyWater Search Partners, leveraging over 20 years of expertise in Human Resources and Executive Search. She specializes in leading HR leadership searches and fostering long-term relationships with a diverse client base, including large publicly traded corporations, private equity-backed firms, and family-owned businesses.

Prior to joining SkyWater, Andrea spent 15 years in Corporate HR roles at Fortune 500 companies, where she gained extensive experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership, HR Business Partnership, HR Transformation, and Lean Six Sigma facilitation.

Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the Human Capital Institute. She actively engages with local and national HR professional organizations to stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Outside of work, Andrea loves cheering on her boys at their sporting events, attending live music events, traveling to beach destinations (especially Hawaii) and staying active with Yoga, Pilates, and her Peloton.
