We have been retained by an exciting yet stable organization in the FinTech space to identify their first VP of Technology Strategy & Digital Innovation. We have placed 3 other VP’s within this organization; all of whom are still there are really enjoying it. This organization has over 1,500 employees (200 in Technology), and is consistently voted a Top Workplace by it’s employees.

Reporting to the CIO, the VP will lead a tiger team of strategists, architects, and portfolio leaders in a truly transformational change for the organization in shaping new digital innovation & technology — building the long-term technology strategy, leading major transformation initiatives, establishing enterprise-wide metrics and value realization, and maturing emerging capabilities such as enterprise architecture, planning, and digital enablement.

This is a rare opportunity for a future CIO-type executive who thrives in complexity, brings clarity to ambiguity, and has a demonstrated record of delivering meaningful transformation.

Our clients offers a robust package overall, including a strong base + bonus, along with a strong benefits package.

*** Our client maintains a hybrid schedule, so the candidate will need to reside in the Twin Cities area, or the surrounding states with regular travel to Minneapolis. They are not providing visa sponsorship at this time. ***
