Controller
We’re partnering with a Private Equity backed manufacturing company to find their next Controller. This is a highly visible role supporting a growing business unit and partnering with leaders across the broader organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee AP/AR, inventory accounting, and standard costing processes
- Monitor actuals vs. budget and prior year performance; support weekly/monthly reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the site
- Own cost accounting and work alongside operations leaders to develop KPIs
- Process improvement projects
- Manage and mentor accounting team
Desired Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience (must have manufacturing experience)
- Experience leading a close process and managing a small team
- A self-starter who is comfortable walking over to someone’s desk to get answers and drive results
- Someone who enjoys both building structure and rolling up their sleeves
