Commercial Lines Insurance Producer
We are partnering with a well-established, privately held commercial insurance brokerage to add an experienced Commercial Lines Producer. This is an evergreen growth role focused on hiring proven producers who own their book of business and want long-term upside, autonomy, and a true ownership path.
This opportunity is best suited for producers who are still actively selling and looking to grow their book, not individuals seeking a place to park existing business.
This is a commission-based role with competitive splits
45% new business
35% renewals
Transition compensation available based on book size and roll
Transition compensation is not a draw and not clawed back
Additional incentives may apply based on production and referrals
Responsibilities
Commercial lines insurance producer with an owned, portable book of business Actively producing new revenue (targeting $50K+ annually) Experience managing and growing client relationships independently Strong sales discipline and comfort operating with high autonomy Open to long-term growth toward leadership or ownership
