A leading healthcare organization undergoing transformation is seeking a Director of Security Programs to lead enterprise-wide Data Security initiatives.
Reporting directly to the CISO, this senior leadership role will drive strategic security programs across a complex, multi-division environment. This is not a tactical compliance role—it is a business-facing leadership mandate requiring influence without direct authority.
This is a direct-hire position with requirements to be in office on a hybrid-basis.
