Accounting Manager
We are partnering with a fast-growing manufacturing company to hire an Accounting Manager who will lead accounting operations and help scale processes as the organization continues to grow.
This role will oversee the accounting team while supporting reporting, process improvement, and will partner closely with leadership and play a key role in strengthening financial infrastructure as the company continues to expand.

Responsibilities
- Manage AP, AR, and billing operations
- Support month-end close and financial reporting
- Process improvement and KPI design
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation
- Support budgeting and financial analysis activities
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Experience in a manufacturing
