Administrative Assistant & Program Coordinator
SkyWater Search Partners is representing a long-standing, highly-respected institution in Minneapolis as they look to hire a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and help coordinate a wide range of programs, events, and operational initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative excellence with meaningful, people-focused work. This role will require an equal balance of organization skills, business communication, creativity and community building.
This is a fully onsite role in Minneapolis that follows typical core business hours, with the occasional Sunday participation.
Responsibilities
-Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and communications for leadership -Serve as a primary point of contact, triaging requests and ensuring timely follow-up -Coordinate logistics for programs, meetings, and events, including scheduling, materials, and registration tracking -Support project management efforts, including task tracking and process organization -Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to track engagement and generate reports -Assist with volunteer coordination and participant communications -Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives -Provide occasional administrative or front desk support as needed
Desired Skills and Experience
-5+ years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or program coordination role -Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or senior leaders -Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace -Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Proactive and highly organized with strong attention to detail -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams -Comfortable managing both logistical and people-facing responsibilities -Adaptable and able to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment -Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and systems
