Sr. Programmer/Project Manager
A Chicago based manufacturer of precision industrial components is seeking a Senior Systems Developer/Project Manager to play a critical role in modernizing its technology landscape. With decades of steady growth and a strong reputation across automotive, aerospace, and industrial markets, this organization offers both stability and meaningful transformation work.
In this role, you’ll initially support and enhance a homegrown ERP platform, collaborating with a seasoned technical team. Within the first year, you’ll transition into a lead technical role driving ERP selection and implementation, influencing architecture, vendor decisions, and system integration.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years developing in Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
- Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing environments
- Strong database/reporting expertise (T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS)
- Exposure to ERP selection, migration, or implementation
- Ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders. Managment/lead experience big bonus
