Litigation Associate
A Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of broad-based litigation experience, with a strong foundation in commercial litigation matters such as breach of contract, tortious interference, and breach of fiduciary duty.
This role offers significant hands-on experience, including arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing cases for trial. Candidates should possess excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills, along with strong attention to detail and effective communication abilities. Additional experience in areas such as real estate, land use, trusts and estates, or intellectual property litigation is a plus.
A strong academic background and admission to the California Bar are required. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary ranging from $250,000 to $325,000, depending on experience, along with performance-based bonuses and additional incentives for business development.
