Senior Financial Analyst
Are you a data-driven problem solver who loves turning complex operational challenges into clear, actionable insights? We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to drive workforce strategy and operational analytics across customer service and operational teams.
In this role, you’ll connect finance, operations, and workforce planning to help leaders answer questions like: Where are the bottlenecks? Are staffing, process, or productivity issues slowing us down? How can we optimize resources to improve service and revenue?
Only candidates located in Minnesota will be considered.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do: Analyze workflows, cycle times, and service performance to uncover inefficiencies and risks. Build activity-based staffing and productivity metrics to guide scheduling and resource decisions. Forecast workload and demand, providing data-driven recommendations for staffing and capacity. Track early indicators of operational or revenue risk and translate insights for leadership. Evaluate internal vs. vendor capacity to optimize cost, throughput, and workflow. Partner with FP&A to support budgeting, scenario planning, and operational investment decisions.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For: 3–5+ years in FP&A, operational finance, workforce analytics, or business analytics Strong analytical skills with large datasets and experience building dashboards Advanced Excel and Power BI (or similar) skills Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-financial audiences Willingness to travel 20–30% to operational sites within Minnesota Preferred: healthcare or operations-heavy experience, workforce planning exposure, or advanced degree
