Digital Marketing Manager

We have partnered with a fast-growing ecommerce retailer to identify a Digital Marketing Manager who will play a key role in shaping and executing digital marketing campaigns in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment!

This role will partner closely with the existing digital marketing lead to support both strategy and execution across digital channels, helping to plan, launch, and optimize marketing initiatives that drive engagement and revenue. The ideal candidate thrives in a launch-heavy environment, is highly organized, and enjoys coordinating cross-functional efforts while using performance insights to continuously improve results.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the current Digital Marketing Manager to support the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Help oversee organic social media planning and publishing, ensuring content aligns with broader business goals and KPIs.

  • Monitor and engage with brand sentiment across social platforms, partnering with Customer Care when necessary.

  • Collaborate with marketing peers to support the digital components of integrated campaigns, from planning through launch.

  • Coordinate marketing assets, ticketing, and campaign workflows to ensure projects stay organized and on schedule.

  • Partner closely with the Product team to align digital marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and company priorities.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities to improve future campaigns.

  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms, bringing forward ideas to enhance performance.

  • Contribute to the development of new creative and content opportunities across digital channels.

  • Ensure all digital marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within ecommerce or retail environments.

  • Experience supporting product launches or pre-order product marketing is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results against digital marketing KPIs.

  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics (or similar measurement tools), Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.

  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer care teams.

  • Strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into actionable digital marketing initiatives.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
