A leading North American retail brand is seeking a Director of IT Operations to lead and modernize its enterprise IT ecosystem. This organization supports thousands of distributed locations and is investing heavily in scalable infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and security execution across a hybrid environment (cloud, co-location, and enterprise systems). You’ll drive reliability, resilience, and service quality while shaping how technology is delivered across the business.
