We are partnering with a med-tech/healthcare client on their Senior HRIS Analyst search. This role will serve as the subject matter expert supporting and optimizing their workforce management module for their global workforce. 

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, analytical curiosity, and a proactive mindset. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and being hands-on with technology. 

This is a highly collaborative role partnering across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to enhance system functionality, drive continuous improvement, and support enterprise HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert and Super User for workforce management module, ensuring system effectiveness and alignment with business processes.
  • Lead HRIS projects and system initiatives, including upgrades, new functionality implementation, configuration changes, and testing.
  • Develop and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support HR and senior leadership decision-making.
  • Maintain and audit HR data integrity, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and integrations, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical system solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and reduce errors.
  • Support enterprise HR programs and initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation planning, and compliance activities.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems, ideally in a global organization.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) or Workforce Central (WFC) required; experience with ADP and/or Oracle HCM preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand system functionality, integrations, and data flows.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting expertise with demonstrated ability to analyze and present data in meaningful ways.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT process interdependencies.
