Matt Waterloo is a Recruiter on SkyWater’s Financial Services team in Minneapolis, where he partners with clients and candidates across the Twin Cities market. He focuses on delivering high-quality talent solutions through a relationship-driven approach.

Matthew brings a strong foundation in financial analysis and business strategy to his recruiting work. He began his career in investment banking at Class VI Partners, where he supported sell-side transactions through financial modeling, confidential information memorandum development, buyer outreach, and due diligence coordination. He later joined Ping Identity as a Senior FP&A Analyst, partnering with sales and marketing leaders on forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.

A Minnesota native, Matthew grew up in Edina and attended Saint Thomas Academy before earning a double major in Financial Services and Entrepreneurship from Creighton University. He currently resides in Minneapolis.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. His interests include golfing, hockey, fishing, camping, and attending concerts. He is also an avid supporter of Minnesota sports teams and values time with family, especially at their cabin on Bay Lake in northern Minnesota.
