Technical Business Analyst
Our client is local to Minneapolis, under 50 employees, and growing – even during a time of recession. They have been around over 35 years and continue to offer solutions and services that help the betterment of society.
Today, they are looking to hire a Technical Business Analyst to join their Agile team of 6. To be a fit, this person will have experience gathering requirements, data analysis, assisting with QA work, software documentation, and resolving problems with the team among other things. Ultimately, a lot of hats will be worn and will be great exposure to some modern technology (they build software using MVC, Blazor, C#.NET, SQL etc.)
Soft skills are very important as this is a close-knit team, so an outgoing personality will be helpful.
Must be local to MN, and not require sponsorship.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4 year degree
- 4+ years professional experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working with a software team; Agile environment
- Strong technical writing skills and experience with SQL databases
- Local to MN, no sponsorship
