About the Role

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and evolve a growing digital marketing engine. You’ll join a collaborative 4-person marketing team and play a key role in driving lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement across digital channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage B2B lead generation strategies
  • Create and optimize email + CRM nurture campaigns (Klaviyo/CRM platforms)
  • Develop landing pages and digital campaign assets
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google)
  • Optimize website performance and conversion (CRO)
  • Analyze performance and build reporting dashboards (GA4, CRM tools, Looker Studio)

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
  • Strong background in B2B lead generation and funnel management
  • Experience with email marketing + CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with paid media (Meta, Google Ads)
  • Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, dashboards, reporting)
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in apparel, consumer goods, or Shopify environments
