Territory Sales Manager – Fluid Power (REMOTE in WI)

  • Job Tag: #LI-SS1
  • Posted: February 06,2026

This is a high-autonomy sales opportunity with a longstanding, employee-owned motion control company that has doubled revenue every five years and is doing it again. Over $120M in annual revenue, multiple locations spanning the Midwest, and a full engineering and manufacturing bench behind you, this is not a rep role where you’re handed a bag and told to figure it out. You get real infrastructure: in-house design, turnkey system capability, local inventory, and a team of inside engineers and customer service reps supporting your division.

As the Territory Sales Manager for Central and Northern Wisconsin, you will be managing the customer relationships, supplier partnerships, and revenue performance across your region. You’ll report directly to a senior leader who came from the distribution side and understands what it takes to grow a book. The culture is results-driven and trust-based with a long leash.

Compensation is built to reward performance, with reps earning between $150K–$225K+ in their first year, including a strong base salary. Their total compensation package is top in the industry, with a best-in-class company vehicle program (your choice of vehicle, all expenses covered), profit sharing that has averaged 10–14% of income in recent years, and a 401(k) with match + full benefits.

If you’ve been covering a territory in fluid power, hydraulics, or industrial motion control distribution, this is worth a conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory across Central and Northern Wisconsin
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, end users, and supplier partners within the territory
  • Collaborate with inside sales, engineering, and customer service teams to deliver complete motion control solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic account development

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years in sales within fluid power, hydraulics, or industrial motion control
  • Comfort with technical products. CFPS certification or a mechanical/engineering background is a plus
  • Track record of growing territory revenue and managing customer relationships at a high level
  • Self-directed with strong business acumen — this role rewards people who run their territory like a business
