Credit and Collections Supervisor
SkyWater Search Partners is excited to partner exclusively with PDU Cables on this newly created position as the company continues to scale and invest in building out its finance and accounting infrastructure. The Credit & Collections Supervisor will lead day-to-day credit and collections activities with a primary focus on timely cash collection, adherence to payment terms, and proactive customer account management. The majority of this role is centered around hands-on collections execution within a contractor and B2B customer environment, while also supporting credit decisioning, process improvements, and customer relationship management.
This is a highly hands-on position where the individual will actively manage collections activity directly, in addition to supervising one direct report. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership to help drive accountability, improve cash flow visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and support scalable processes as the organization continues to grow.

Responsibilities
- Credit & Collections Execution
- Drive consistent and timely collection of accounts receivable, primarily within a contractor and B2B customer environment
- Personally manage and execute day-to-day collections activities in a hands-on capacity
- Hold customers accountable to contractual payment terms through proactive outreach, follow up, and relationship management
- Monitor aging reports, payment trends, broken promises, and delinquency risks while escalating concerns as needed
- Partner with Sales, Billing, and Operations teams to resolve invoice disputes and accelerate cash collections
- Participate directly in customer conversations to resolve delinquency concerns and payment issues Customer & Sales Partnership
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while balancing accountability and customer service
- Partner closely with Sales to align on customer expectations and payment resolution strategies
- Communicate delinquency trends, payment behavior, and account risks to internal stakeholders
- Support a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to collections management Credit Risk & Process Improvement
- Support credit reviews, credit limit decisions, and account setup processes
- Provide input on customer payment history, exposure, and overall credit risk
- Assist in improving collections workflows, reporting, KPI tracking, and escalation processes
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of credit and collections software and tools Team Leadership
- Supervise and support one direct report
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and day-to-day guidance

Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of progressive experience within credit, collections, accounts receivable, or order-to-cash functions Strong hands-on collections experience within a contractor or B2B environment Experience balancing firm collections accountability with customer relationship management Understanding of credit risk, dispute resolution, and collections best practices Experience working within ERP systems and credit/collections software Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
