Desired Skills and Experience
-Technical 4-year degree -10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience -Leadership experience managing technical teams, vendors, and MSPs -Expertise across cloud, networking, cybersecurity, service delivery, and enterprise systems -Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills -Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, or multi-site operational environments -Must be local to Minnesota -Cannot require sponsorship
