We’ve been retained by a fast-growing national real estate development organization to find an innovative Marketing Director to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across multiple active projects and markets.

This role will oversee strategic marketing planning, lead generation, campaign execution, vendor management, creative development, and performance analytics while partnering closely with company leadership and sales teams.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing high-level marketing initiatives while also executing day-to-day campaign activities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business and sales objectives

  • Manage integrated campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels

  • Oversee SEO, website management, direct mail, digital advertising, and content initiatives

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships

  • Support sales teams with lead generation and marketing resources

  • Develop and maintain marketing processes, systems, and reporting

  • Coordinate creative assets, messaging, and campaign materials

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

  • Proven success managing multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, SEO, and analytics

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM platforms preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Real estate, senior living, housing, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-focused marketing experience preferred

  • Experience supporting direct-response or lead-generation marketing efforts

  • Familiarity with vendor and agency management
