Solutions Architecture Manager (Minnesota, hybrid)
SkyWater has partnered with a growing company in the financial services industry targeting a highly technical and solution-driven leader as they launch exciting new products & initiatives!
To be a fit for this position, we are looking for a hands-on Solutions Architect with a Microsoft background that has created architectural designs from the ground up. We are also looking for someone that has experience leading projects and direct-reports.
This company is on a journey of modernization that includes AI technologies and this leader will play a pivotal role in that roadmap and delivery. This is an on-site organization so we are targeting someone local to the Twin Cities.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 4-year technical degree
- 7+ years of professional experience; 2+ years of people leadership
- Experience with Microservice Architecture
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure preferred)
- Experience with containerization tools (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Located in the Twin-Cities, willingness to work onsite
