We have been engaged by a well-known advisory firm in Minneapolis to identify a leader for one of their growing valuations practices. This is a fantastic opportunity to own projects and teams while still being involved in the work, and the compensation and work-life-balance combination is one of the best on the market.
This specific group provides valuation, sell/buy-side, and value-creation services for lower-middle-market firms and I’m seeking someone who can own client relationships, execute on a wide variety of work, and learn quickly — the firm is constantly adapting and bringing new ideas and services to the table, so are an agile and entrepreneurial group (and don’t worry, this is NOT with a public accounting firm.)
They are downtown with an awesome office they use 2-3x per week, have a strict “no-ego” policy, and only hire externally when growth demands it — they have a phenomenal track record of promoting internally.
Ideal candidates have 5-10 years of business valuation experience, CPA & ABV certifications a plus.
