Litigation Associate
A well-established Minnesota law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with experienced attorneys on a broad range of construction, real estate, and business disputes while taking on meaningful responsibility and client-facing work.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of litigation experience.
- Experience handling construction, real estate, and/or complex business litigation matters.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and case management.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
