Software Engineer
Join a leading industrial technology innovator in the Midwest specializing in advanced power control solutions across semiconductor, energy, and manufacturing sectors. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on Software Engineer to take full ownership of application development in a highly visible, growth-oriented environment.
The Role:
You’ll design and build HMI and application-layer software supporting mission-critical power systems. This role spans the full lifecycle—from concept and architecture to deployment and optimization—while also modernizing legacy systems.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in C#/.NET development
- Experince devloping HMI Software Applications
- Strong SQL/database expertise (SQL Server, SQLite, Postgres)
- Experience with desktop/web apps (ASP.NET, React, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end
- Bonus: exposure to LabVIEW, embedded systems, or CI/CD tools
