White Collar Associate
SkyWater’s client, a highly regarded national law firm is seeking a mid-level litigation associate with 3+ years of experience to join its white collar and investigations practice in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated white-collar matters, government investigations, and other complex disputes alongside an experienced and collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–4 years of experience handling white-collar litigation, government investigations, and complex commercial disputes.
- Experience drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting legal research, and assisting with strategic case analysis.
- Exposure to depositions, court appearances, witness interviews, and fact development.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills, excellent academic credentials, and a detail-oriented approach.
- Admission to the New York bar.
